「朝の習慣」をテーマにした、日英バイリンガルのライフスタイルマガジン。創刊号では「世界の朝ごはん」を切り口に、日本に暮らす、スウェーデン、ベルギー、中国、コロンビア、ペルー、南アフリカにルーツを持つ人々の朝の時間を追いかけています。

買い出しから食卓を囲むまで、朝の光の中でフィルムカメラがとらえたのは、その人らしい食の風景たち。

The first issue invites readers into the morning routines of people living in Japan with roots in Sweden, Belgium, China, Colombia, Peru, and South Africa through the lens of “breakfasts around the world.”

Observing the gentle, effortless enjoyment of one’s own food culture while living in Japan reveals that breakfast is more than a meal it is a quiet expression of personal roots and intentions for beginning the day.

The issue also features recipes born from ingenuity and care, recreating the flavors of home using ingredients and tools available in Japan.
